1. You can place an order directly through the cart on our website by choosing any bouquet you love. Simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout — our system will guide you through the steps, and our manager will contact you if any details need clarification.

2. After receiving your order, our team will get in touch if we need to confirm bouquet availability, make adjustments, or discuss personalization options. If you would like to customize your bouquet, please let us know — we will help you choose flowers, colors, and composition that perfectly match your occasion.

3. Once all details are confirmed, you can complete your payment online. Mother of Flower accepts secure PayPal payments for your convenience. After the payment is processed, your bouquet is prepared fresh on the day of delivery or pickup.

4. Order processing and bouquet preparation typically take from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the volume and complexity of the arrangement. Each bouquet is carefully assembled by our florists to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

5. You can choose between delivery or store pickup.

— Pickup is available at our boutique in Los Angeles during working hours.
Your bouquet will be safely packaged and delivered at the time you selected during checkout.

DELIVERY

Mother of Flower prepares every bouquet fresh and carefully packages it to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All arrangements are safely placed in protective packaging designed to preserve the flowers during transportation.

We offer delivery across Los Angeles and nearby areas. Delivery cost depends on your location and is calculated automatically at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

You may also choose store pickup from our Los Angeles boutique. Your bouquet will be ready at the selected time and handed to you with care.

RETURNS

All Mother of Flower bouquets are handcrafted to order using fresh, natural flowers. Because floral compositions are perishable and individually prepared, returns are only possible in the event of confirmed product quality issues.

If you receive a bouquet with a manufacturing defect — such as damaged flowers, incorrect composition, or significant quality issues — please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Our team will review your request and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement bouquet or refund.

Natural variations in shade, size, and shape of flowers are not considered defects, as they are inherent to fresh botanical materials.
